Run Club – 10K TRAINING PROGRAM (Spring II Session)

Summer is right around the corner…

It’s already time for our second Spring Run Club session!  Join us for 7-weeks of training, tailored to help YOU reach YOUR health & fitness goals. 

Unlike any other, our Run Club is guided and supported by Physical Therapists, Registered Dietitians, and Certified Running and Fitness Trainers. We work as a team to provide you with the support, encouragement, motivation, accountability, and resources you need to be successful in improving and maintaining a healthy lifestyle.
