Fall 2018 Plan Health & Fitness RUN CLUB is here!!
Join us August 6th at 7:00 PM at our location on Cedar and Teague. We will kick off our 13-week Fall Run Club session in preparation for the upcoming Two-Cities Marathon and Half-Marathon, 10k, or just to improve and maintain your health and fitness goals. We not only provide you with a detailed training plan tailored to your fitness goals and physical abilities, but we provide resources and support every step of the way – literally! Our Physical Therapists and Registered Dietitians also provide valuable training and nutrition information and recommendations and tailor your plan to you – something that no other Run/Walk Club Training Program offers.

Wednesdays 6:30 PM
Saturdays 7:00 AM
Cost: $159 ($139 for returning members) includes:
- Technical Training Shirt,
- $10 Off Race Registration,
- Injury Prevention and Nutrition Presentations throughout the program
